Well the purpose of this RP is to build up a militant threat in the contingent US in the Appalachians. This would be sort of like a prologue to a World War 3 type of RP that could span across many threads and many countries if we build it up enough. This wouldn't be no normal 2 sided engagement, but more like 3 or even 4 sides to the conflict.
Of course there would be the good, the bad, and the neutral. It's up to the characters and the members to choose sides in this conflict.

Just curious how you want us to start this off? Well we could start building up the so called "evil agenda/supremacist" faction. Any major event in the world could either be a direct influence of them or be an influence in their favor, such as Area 51 raid, riots in America, peace treaties around the world, weapons deals, etc. Think of it as a war played on both sides by a small group to boost their agenda and achieve domination |

We could also alter the symptoms/effects of the virus as well as change the name to keep originality. Maybe a virus could be developed as a failed cure for another virus? Maybe a failed bio weapon experiment? |

Sounds like it would be an interesting twist to add. It could be discovered down the line instead of coming straight out as population control method
